Christian Worldview: Take a Stand – Actions

 

1 –  Some orthodox churches have a well articulated statement of the Christian Worldview, many do not.  Too many other churches, if they did fully articulate their beliefs as a worldview, would either see the Christian falsehoods or would declare a biblically untrue worldview.   Biblical truth is unifying and energizing.  True knowledge of Scripture is the only defense against, unsound clerical and lay leadership, heresy, counterfeit theology, and anti-Christian attack.  Adherence to Biblical truth opens individuals, churches, denominations and Canadian Christendom to be filled to the brim with the Holy Spirit.  Christians must detail the Christian Worldview and stand behind it in thought, word and deed.  

 
2 – Understanding Christianity as a comprehensive worldview allows Christian educators to teach about Scripture in a context applicable to living today.  Awareness of the Gospel as a Christian Worldview allows educators to not just declare a tenet of faith, and articulate the applicable Bible text, but to also explain why the principle is so important in a broader context and how the tenet links with other aspects of the faith.

 
3 – Canadian Christendom (Orthodox Christians) needs to develop an augmented creedal statement to better demarcate the boundaries of orthodoxy and authenticate the genuine believer from the counterfeit.  Only a comprehensive Christian Worldview can accomplish this goal.
